  I went in there to get quarters twice. I'm lethally blind and one woman (blonde,short,wavy hair with glasses) denied me quarters both times. The other workers haven't denied me quarters the other times, however they do give a disapproving look. This bank discriminates. I am forced to have another person go in there to get quarters for me now. Their discrimination is taking away my independence.

  This bank manger there was rude and unprofessional and said she can't help me with my account been hacked even this I have fraud protection please every one pull your money from city national bank the kanawha city branch manger is unprofessional and rude uses profanity this is not a professional or fraud safe bank the didn't even help me waited for 13 days to tell me my account had been hacked thank you all citizens
